STRATEGIC GOALS OVER 9 MONTHS

-5000 website Members from Memphis to share info about  Memphis services with (currently ca. 900 global members)

-Position DXPEN as a community based organization that is recognized by residents and businesses as a economic mediator through dance.

-Begin Season 3 with national sponsorships affecting urban dance communities nationally especially Nike WHICH WE ARE PREPARING FOR WITH A FORMIDLE STRATEGY.

-Attract 23 Memphis businesses in our arena network as RECURRING OR SATISFIED Sponsors THAT WANTS TO HELP US FIND MORE.

-Draw in media coverage from local & ONLINE tv and radio to promote being active in or around the arena as a dancer, business or resident supporter.

THE FINANCIAL GOAL

-Generate $30,000 for Season 2 SPONSORSHIPS in an attempt to generate at least $50,000 in livestream ticket sales at ($50 x 1000 Season Passes) IN AN EFFORT TO PAY DANCERS AND RETURN PORTIONS OF OUR CAMPAIGN SPONSORSHIPS BACK TO THE BUSINESSES VIA COMPETITIVE DANCE EVENTS.

Still today, the Nike Air Force One is the all time shoe of choice for Memphis Jookin. We aim to inspire Nike with the rallying of Memphis businesses around our Official Sponsor to one day put a pair of new Air Force Ones on the feet of every Memphis Jooker that steps into the arena. In addition we want to inspire Memphis to support and promote the growth our artistic  lifestyle in the youth community. There are a lot of shoes we wore,but nothing outlast a pair of "Forces".
